1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website at cloudhop.travel (the "Site") and the services available on it (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

CloudHop Travel is operated as a flight comparison and information service based in the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by English law.

2. Description of Service

CloudHop Travel provides a flight comparison service that allows users to:

  • Search for flights between airports worldwide by entering departure and destination airports, travel dates, and passenger numbers
  • View indicative flight prices from a range of airlines and compare them by price, duration, stopovers, and other criteria
  • Filter and sort flight results based on personal preferences
  • Click through to third-party booking platforms (principally Skyscanner) to complete a flight booking

CloudHop Travel is a comparison and referral service only. We do not sell flights, issue tickets, or act as a travel agent. All flight bookings are completed on the third-party platform you are redirected to when you click "Book". The contract for your flight is between you and the airline or booking agent, not with CloudHop Travel.

3. Pricing and Accuracy

All prices displayed on CloudHop Travel are indicative only. They are based on pricing data from partner feeds and published airline fares, which may not reflect the current live price at the time you search.

Flight prices change frequently — often within minutes — due to airline yield management, availability changes, and promotional pricing. The final price you pay is always confirmed on the booking platform (e.g. Skyscanner or the airline website) before payment is taken.

CloudHop Travel makes no guarantee that the price shown on our Site will be available when you click through to book. We expressly disclaim any liability for price discrepancies between what is displayed on our Site and the price quoted on the booking platform.

Prices displayed may or may not include taxes, fees, and charges depending on the data source. The booking platform will always display the full price including all mandatory taxes and charges before you confirm a purchase.

4. Affiliate and Referral Relationships

CloudHop Travel participates in affiliate and referral programmes with third-party booking platforms and airlines. When you click a booking link on our Site and complete a purchase, we may receive a referral commission from the booking partner. This commission is paid by the partner and does not affect the price you pay — you pay the same price as if you had visited the booking platform directly.

The existence of affiliate relationships does not influence which flights are shown or in what order. Results are ordered based on the criteria you select (price, duration, or best value) without bias towards any particular airline or booking partner.

We disclose our referral relationships in accordance with applicable advertising standards and the UK's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines.

5. Advertising

CloudHop Travel displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense and may work with other advertising networks. Advertisements displayed on our Site are provided by third parties and are not endorsed by CloudHop Travel. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements, nor for the products or services advertised.

Clicking on an advertisement will take you to a third-party website. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy and terms of any third-party site you visit.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CloudHop Travel — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of CloudHop Travel or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Site without our prior written consent, except:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content

The CloudHop Travel name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CloudHop Travel. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to:

  • Scraping, crawling, or systematically downloading content from the Site using automated tools without our written permission
  • Using the Site for any commercial purpose or for any public display without our prior written consent
  • Transmitting, or procuring the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
  • Knowingly transmitting any data, sending or uploading any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful programs
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site
  • Attacking the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack

  • The results obtained from using the Site will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Site will meet your expectations
  • Any errors in the Site will be corrected

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any flight price information displayed on the Site for any purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CloudHop Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any price discrepancies between prices shown on our Site and prices quoted on third-party booking platforms
  • Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site
  • Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content made available via the Site

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable English law.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Site contains links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by CloudHop Travel. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site you visit. The inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement of the third-party site or its content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CloudHop Travel and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your user submissions, any use of the Site's content other than as expressly authorised in these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are accessing the Site from outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
